Allen Community College

Students can receive dual credit for Allen Community College courses they take while in high school.  Students can take courses online, at OCHS, or at the Burlingame campus.

Tuition & Fees:

Current Tuition for ACC Classes (as of 06/01/2022)

Tuition  $61 -per credit hour

Students Fees $25 per credit hour

Technology Fees $25 per credit hour

Book rental  $15 per credit hour


3 credit hour class taken at OCHS = $303

3 credit hour class taken online or at Burlingame = $378

5 credit hour class taken online or at Burlingame = $630


Scholarships:

Students who enroll in twelve credit hours per semester and a have 3.0 GPA or higher are eligible for scholarships from ACC.  If the students has less than 12 credit hours on their ACC transcript, they will use the high school GPA.  If the student has more than 12 credit hours on their ACC transcript, they will use their ACC GPA to determine eligibility.

3.0-3.49  = $500 scholarship per semester

3.5-3.74  = Free tuition and book rental

3.75 and higher = Free tuition, book rental, and students fees


FREE Career Education Courses:

ACC offers some courses free to students because they meet the criteria of being a career education course.  These courses are in the areas of animal science, agriculture, business, criminal justice, early childhood education, computer technology, and medical aides.
